Starting weight July 2010- 312 and now again in July of 2024.
Mini-goal: To get under 300

The following are are my old stats from the original Spectrum day 1 from 2010. I am keeping them around as a reminder of what I once achieved and to know that I will get there again, and surpass it.
Spectrum Low: 256

Total Weight Loss during Spectrum:
56 lbs since July 2010- starting weight 312
36 lbs since Spectrum Day 1
Next Mini-Goal: To get under 255 pounds.
