Wondering what I'm doing for turkey today? I thought so. Well, here's the answer. Along with all the other traditional sides, I will have the Turk'y Roast by Quorn. Last year I bought the Trader Joe's vegan turkey, but I wasn't fond of all the weird stuffing. My friend Winona turned me on to the Quorn Turk'y Roast last year after Thanksgiving. It is really an amazing thing. It is a great meat substitute and has great taste and texture. I am so thankful to have a plant-based, compassionate, cruelty-free alternative.
