Spectrum day 431- Sunday

Well, I figured since I am going to return to the healthy side of the spectrum, I would go ahead and have some waffles this morning. I am going to make a concerted effort to select healthier foods and in a healthy quantity. I am also going to start posting more regularly again. I have taken a hiatus in my posting and my focus, but I have been shaken into reality by the scale. The scale doesn't lie, and the truth it's been telling has been something I have been ignoring. As I finish up with the school year and head I to the summer, I want to do so with a renewed focus. I want to return to being mindful of my choices, the taste and the experience, rather than finding the easiest solution. My busy days of homework have ebbed and the new chapter of my career has begun. With that newness, I plan to embark on a series of changes with my eating and with my organization. I have to organize my eating, my pantry, my possessions and my time. I don't want to be bogged down with diet concerns, a messy space or too much stuff. All of that takes mental and emotion energy. I need to make a healthy environment for myself. This, I believe, will help me return to the healthy side of the spectrum and give me more and time motivation for exercise. Let's see how it goes.
