Soican day 21- dinner
Leftover veggies and garlic sauce and rice. I made couscous, sautéed in a light splash of toasted sesame oil, liquid aminos and teriyaki sauce. Mixed it all together and it made for a great meal, albeit too much. My lunch break was too early, leaving me too hungry at dinner. I ended up eating too much. Yucky.
