Day 122- Benevolent Bacon

After hearing about Benevolent Bacon from the Natural Products Expo West, I decided I had to try it. It was easy to prepare and comes out pretty crispy. It has a savory flavor that pairs nicely with scrambled eggs. I love trying new things while eliminating meat products from diet. These are exciting days!
