Soican day 2- so far

I started out the morning (around 4:30) with a cup if coffee with 2 tsp raw sugar and half & half. I made a nice protien smoothie with fruits and almond milk for the ride to work. Around 9, I ate some breakfast at school- eggs, grits and a bisquit with jelly. For lunch, I had a baked potato, steamed broccoli, cottage cheese and peaches. I got a brownie with my meal, but I didn't eat it. I will save it for another day. For a snack, I had a few plantain chips and about 5-6 almonds. I drank mostly water throughout the day, though. It as much as yesterday. So far, so good!
