Day 162- brunch
Wow! The recipe I made for my meal prep for the next few days is amazing! I used absolutely no added salt, aside from whatever sodium is in the Soydizo and vegan Italian sausages, but wow, is it flavorful! I used fresh cilantro and Cuban oregano from my garden and 3 cloves of garlic that I have been storing in the freezer. Two fried eggs with shredded cheese, tortillas and some queso fresco, all combined, made a great brunch after church. Now to prep tomorrow's breakfast and lunch.
