Spectrum Day 1- Aqua Jogging

This might be my golden ticket for activity for now. Today, I set my Apple Watch to track my run, and I proceeded to run in the deep end of the pool. I ran until the watch thought I ran one mile on land. It was a 31 minute mile in the water, but I was able to do it with no problem. Great resistance, lots of movement. I have great running form in the water. So while I rehabilitate this body, I will Aqua Jog and do water workouts as long as the weather will let me.
