Spectrum day 117- dinner
I turned plain couscous into a tasty celebration of flavors. I sautéed crushed garlic, added BLA, boiled the water, added a generous handful of dehydrated spices and sun-dried tomatoes and a packet of no-sodium chicken broth powder. I poured in the couscous and five minutes later, I had a tasty (better than a store bought box) of couscous. I topped it with Amy's low sodium vegan chili from the can (awesome) and sprinkled with shredded cheddar. It was amazing. Of course, I had to have this dinner with tons of no-sodium habanero sauce.
