Spectrum day 106- breakfast

Veggie omelet with grits and two grilled English muffins with jelly from a local diner.
Beverage: glass of milk
Weigh in: 262!!!!!! 50 lbs total weight loss!!! 30 since spectrum day 1. This is a big day. The most I have ever lost on any regular diet is 45 lbs and I was miserable the whole time, eating diet-y type foods, which is way I had gained it all back single every time. This time it's different. I am enjoying what I am eating, making conscious and unconscious decisions to eat healthfully and incorporating meaningful excursive and movement. These are things I can sustain for a lifetime.
Now on to the next mini-goal: get out of the 260's.
