Okay, as I said last night, these holidays are winding down to a close and so is the indulgent eating. I may hit a blip around new years eve/day, but that will be expected. Otherwise, it's time to get back on track. I was looking back at my earlier blog entries and the way I ate then is different than how I am eating now. Too many treats, too often. That is just the beginning of it. Boring food choices lead to unhealthy choices and laziness brings pre-packaged or restaurant food, thus sodium, fat and who knows what else??? So, this isn't going to be a new focus for the new year, this will be a refocusing and regrouping. There is more weigh to lose, and healthier living ahead. I am making big moves to make sure I have time to eat and exercise over the next few months. I'm looking forward to the successes.
