Spectrum day 286- lunch

This lunch is a mish-mash of weird stuff from the kitchen. I started with a tiny piece of leftover eggplant Parmesan, a bowl of granola with skim milk and a the last piece of cheesecake. Weird lunch, the fridge is getting cleaned out. Bonus.
