Spectrum day 287- treat
I went to the grocery store today and bought food for the week. I laid all I had bought out on the counter and pulled out my white board and marker. I decided to make a menu for each of the dinners I plan to make during the week, making sure that I accounted for all the things I bought. That way, a little bag of Brussels doesn't get forgotten in the drawer and turn into mushy compost scraps. I am planning to start the new year with a renewed focus on my eating plan. My goal is to get back where I was and move forward with more weight loss this year. I plan to include a moderate walk at least 3x weekly. That will be the start of my MnM focus for the year. We'll see where it goes from there. I'm no longer working, just focusing on school, my art and healthy eating, so I should have plenty of time. Looking forward to a great new year.
