Day 34- Moxie's Cafe-Coffebar-Catering

Moxie's is great option for a vegetarian breakfast right in downtown Tampa. The cafe con leche is amazing and always has an artistic swirl or design. Wow. Today, I got the Spinach, peppers and artichoke. I used the lettuce bed to wrap pieces of the quiche like little green tortillas. I finished the meal with a heated, made in-house blueberry muffin. An excellent Saturday morning choice.
