Day 45- Vegetarian Tamales

These are vegetarian tamales from Trader Joe's. I love how they are wrapped in the cornhusk twice.this was such a satisfying meal. I am so glad to have found these because I do miss tamales. Thank you Trader Joe's for coming up with such a great product that does not include meat. Why does everything have to include meat?
