Day 240- FullyRaw Challenge Day 1- dinner

I met a friend for dinner at Panera Bread. I selected the Wonton chicken salad- minus the chicken. I should have probably taken off the fried wontons, because I found out they are not vegan. I guess the wontons are made with egg. So, to make it worse, I got a triple berry scone and some coffee with a little half-and-half. I did not make it a full vegan day, but I feel like I did a pretty good try for the first day.

Here is the breakdown: raw breakfast-a smoothie made with bananas, strawberries, blueberries, cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond/cashew milk blend (by Silk) and some cold water.

Lunch- this meal was not raw, but it was mostly vegan. The only thing that was not vegan was the brown sugar. Again, I learned that sugar is not vegan if it is processed white sugar. Brown sugar is just white sugar with molasses. White sugar has bone powder in it to make it white. Weird.

Tomorrow, my plan is to try to have two meals raw and whatever else I eat BB gun. It's worth a try. Every little bit is a step in the right direction.
