Day 245- FullyRaw Challenge- Day 5- brunch

This morning, I woke up early to the pitter-pat of rain on the metal roof of my little bungalow. I went to my friend's coffee shop and sat around, talked and read for a couple of hours (Ah summer...). I came home and decided that the rainy day required some comfort food for breakfast/lunch. I toasted some bread and cooked up some grits. I used Earth Balance Vegan spread for both the toast (with guava jelly) and the grits.

Dinner last night was as much fresh, crisp watermelon as I could eat. Wonderful! Let's see what it will be tonight.
