Spectrum day 290- dinner
Tonight, we had leftovers from the night before. My lentil (ls/lf high taste) creation along side jazzed up jasmine with sautéed garlic, herbs and a touch of olive oil. Grated cheese on top of the beans and habanero sauce, of course! On the side, a tomato/avocado salad with balsamic vinaigrette. My accidental tomato plant is producing really well, so it looks like we'll be eating them for a while if the freeze doesn't get them!
