Spectrum day 305- dinner

Spanish rice and home-seasoned beans with some shredded cheese.

Among many spices I put in my beans, I like to put in some Barilla Roasted Garlic sauce. The stuff is wonderful! I always keep a jar of this sauce in the fridge to add some into various recipes where I would like some sauce and extra flavor. Just a half a cup is plenty. Try it! It is a great sauce for spaghetti I don't even need to spice it up before using it. Just heat and serve.

Dessert: blueberry muffin
