Spectrum day 311- lunch

I forgot my lunch in the counter at home. But what a great day to forget my lunch! For $3.50 I got vegetable lasagna, roasted veggies, a sweet potato, a small salad and a drink. Wow. It was great!

Since I'm posting this later than normal, for the faculty meeting the kindergarten team brought all kinda of dips and sopapilla cheesecake. I had a little taste of everything. So good to have a snack in the afternoon.
