Spectrum day 103- dinner
We had a lot of Cuban bread left over from Sunday night, so I decided to make a pressed grilled cheese sandwich. I used asagio, provolone, cheddar and soft goat cheese. It tasted gourmet. I also had 1/3 package of Lipton Sun-dried tomato pasta (I'm trying to clean out the pantry by eating up some of the last of the stuff that had sodium litlle by little). It was a good tasty dinner.
