Spectrum day 97- breakfast

Oats and flax oatmeal made with 1 cup skim milk.

Beverage: brewed coffee with xylitol and evaporated milk

Weigh in: 266 on the dot. I think if I would have blown my nose and weighed myself again I would have been 265, but it is what it is. I made up my mind today that I only need to lose 65 more pounds to be out of the 200's. That really isn't an insurmountable task. My friend a work just told me he lost 50 as of today, so it's on like Donkey Kong! I am mentally focused on making a big change this summer so stay tuned....
