Spectrum day 99- breakfast

The omelet I made last night was huge, so I set half aside for today's breakfast. I brought some kimchi and corn tortillas, as well. It was just as good today as it was last night!

Beverage: brewed coffee with xylitol and evaporated milk

Weigh in: 264 FINALLY! I broke through the 265 barrier!!!! Now the new goal has been set: a total weight loss of 50 lbs. Amazing!!!
