Spectrum day 81- dinner

> Scrambled egg whites, grits with ICBINB spray and a little green hot sauce from the Taco Bus. I made about 1 1/4 cup grits and 4 egg whites. Once I put it in the bowl, I realized that it was too much. I put half of it in a glass storage bowl. I will have that part tomorrow at work.
