Spectrum day 86- breakfast/lunch

I slept late this morning, so I decided to make myself brunch. I have a cold, so I made sure to include ingredients with a strong taste so I could pick up the flavor. I made scrambled egg whites with Gouda, grits with Gouda and 2 kashi blueberry waffles with Nutella spread and maple syrup. It was a big, satisfying breakfast that will hold me for a while.

Beverage: mocha via made with one cup skim

Weigh in: 265 Another pound of weight loss!! This brings me to a new low and one pound away from my goal of being under 265! Great news for a beautiful Saturday morning.
