Spectrum day 55- breakfast

I decided to go down to the cafeteria at work to get some breakfast. I ordered an egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and provolone cheese. It was wonderful!
Beverage: mocha via (on the way to work) black starbucks breakfast blend with breakfast- no milk or sweeteners.
Weigh in: 272 A few things that I believe that have contributed to my upward motion the past couple of days has to do with the amount of sodium in my PF Chang lunch on Sunday and leftovers yesterday, the sodium I. The bottle of Gatorade on Sunday, the late night dinner last night and a bunch of Hershey's drops that made their way into my video making time. I am not lamenting the lunch, Gatorade or late dinner because they are part of life. What I do note as a problem is that I ate those Hershey's things mindlessly as I made the video, subsequently eating more than my normal portion. Rather than portioning out like usual, I brought the bag with me. I shared equally with my friend, so it wasn't like I ate the whole thing, but I certainly ate more than I should have and don't even remember really tasting them. Lesson learned. Today is a new day!
