Cinnamon and spice oatmeal made with 1 cup skim milk make an easy, quick breakfast at work.
Beverage: mocha via made with one cup skim milk
Weigh in: 267 It is such a great thing to eat like I am eating and lose weight. I am eating better, richer and with more variety than I have ever have in my life. I am eating things I love and experiencing new ways to eat and live while watching my body change slowly and healthfully. What a blessing.
