Spectrum day 70- dinner
Still having phyllo dough, I threw a quick recipe together. Vegan italian "sausage", sauteed green pepper, onions and garlic in olive oil and enough l/s pizza sauce to coat the mix. After layering the phyllo dough, I poured the mixture in, added a good quantity of mozzarella cheese and made little pockets. I baked them at 350 for about 15 minutes in my little convection oven. They came out toasty and melty inside. They were absolutely awesome!
