Spectrum day 62- dinner prep

I am making a homemade spanakopita. It is in the oven right now cooking to perfection.

What's inside: 1 bag frozen spinach (drained & squeezed of all water), ricotta cheese, cream cheese, feta cheese, egg whites diced scallions, and fresh basil from my garden. I have 8 layers if phyllo dough on the bottom and top of the baking pan, each lightly sprayed with ICBINB. I can't wait till it's a crispy, golden brown. The filling tastes amazing (I do admit to licking the bowl)!!!
