Spectrum day 63- breakfast

Leftover spanakopita is so good for breakfast! I warned some of it up and had two kashi blueberry waffles with maple syrup that I saved from a cracker barrel breakfast and ICBINB.
Beverage: circle k coffee
Weigh in: 269 and holding! It's great to be out of the 270's now I need to lose just two more pounds to get to my next mini-goal of a 45 pound total weight loss. I just need to get to 267. It will happen soon. I will be happy to see that happen. In the meantime, I am enjoying the process and all the good food!
