The Spanakopita was wonderful. The filling was a perfect combination of flavors. This was the first time I have ever worked with phyllo dough. I can tell you I need some practice. Since I have a billion sheets left in this box, that I can't refreeze, everything is going to be wrapped in phyllo the next few days!
