Spectrum day 64- snack
I just got home from work and needed to have a snack until dinner later. Rather than grab a bag of chips or box of crackers I decided to use a piece of the hoagie bread that I bought on Tuesday from the Walmart bakery. I bought on clearance, so you know I better eat it quick! I sliced it down the middle and put 1 & 1/2 pieces of baby swiss cheese on each side and a pinch of shredded cheddar. I grilled and pressed them. It is a substantial snack, but there is no way something tiny would do the trick. Dinner is still a few hours away, so I'm sure this little sandwich will not interfere. It's better to eat a little something satisfying in a controller environment, rather than being ravenous at a restaurant. Preparation is the key.
