Spectrum day 64- lunch

For a quick lunch at work, I brought an Amy's Mexican Bowl. It is one of the lower in sodium meals the Amy's offers. It is a vegetarian, organic frozen dinner made with white corn masa, black beans, sweet golden corn, olives, tomatoes and a blend of chili pepper and spices. For a frozen meal, it is an excellent choice with great flavor. Amy's was able to create a wonderful tasting meal with only 370 calories and 390mg of sodium. That's an impressive feat for a frozen meal, since most are upwards of 700mg to 1800mgish. It's scary how much extra sodium we consume during the day without realizing it.
