Spectrum day 70- breakfast
I got up early enough to make breakfast at home! I made egg whites and cheese on Seeduction bread with ICBINB spray and guava jelly.
Beverage: Mocha via with one cup skim.
Weight: 268 Yesterday, I went shopping and bought a few items of clothing. I made sure to the same brand and cut from the same store. The clothes I have been wearing: Just My Size from Walmart- size 26 for both shirts and pants. I took a 24 and a 22 of pants and shorts into the dressing room. I tried the 24 first and saw that it was too large. I tried the 22 and it fit just right. Two sizes smaller!!! Awesome. I also took 3 sizes of a particular tank top: 22/24, 20/22, and 18/20. Long story short, I am now in the 18/20!! What a great day in the dressing room! I feel better in my clothes. I just bought 2 shades of crop jeans, 2 shorts, 3 blouses, and 3 tank tops and 1 pair of shorts to wear with my bathing suit. I figured that will hold me through the summer while I hopefully lose more weight before class starts next semester. I also have a few things in the back of my closet that I have saved that have been too small. I plan on trying them on this weekend and purging all the clothes that make me look big and sloppy.
Another exciting thing is that a friend at work, who hast lost a lot of weight, brought me some clothes from Catherine's (sizes 20, 22 & 24). I love Catherine's so I am hoping for a few good finds in that bag!
