Spectrum day 68- mid-afternoon meal
I was feeling hungry so I made a huge salad for lunch and for days to come. Romaine, spinach, living lettuce, grape tomatoes, navel orange, dried apricot and cranberries. I took my serving from the big salad and added goat cheese, shredded cheddar, oriental noodles and crisps, and honey roasted almond slivers. I used a honey ginger dressing to dip my salad in. It was ever so tasty!
