Spectrum day 54- breakfast

I'm back to work on my day schedule! Yay, no more night's for a while!! So for breakfast, I made a bowl of oatmeal with pumpkin pie spice and skim milk.

Beverage: mocha via made with skim milk.

Weigh in: 271 I figured I would see a slight increase after going out to eat twice yesterday. Yesterday was definately not a low sodium day, for sure. It sure was tasty though.
