Spectrum day 28- lunch

Pink beans, cabbage, asparagus, sweet potato, and chili peppers topped with shredded peppercorn gouda make up this lovely soup. A fresh cold navel orange and chobani peach Greek yogurt are the sidekicks for this tasty lunch.

Beverage: an icy, cold glass of my honey sweetened mix of black and red rooisbos tea. Refreshing and lightly sweet, this drink adds a nice touch of flavor to this lovely lunch.
