Spectrum day 45- breakfast

For my Saturday morning breakfast, I sautéed the rest of the poblano pepper and added the cream cheese and mozzarella and toasted pine nuts to create a lovely omelet. I also made two Morning Star vegetable sausages. The were well seasoned and ended up being a good addition to the breakfast. Toast with guava jelly and green grapes.

Beverage: mocha via with 1% skim

Weigh in: 273 today I plan to work in the garden and start working on building more boxes for my veggies!
