Spectrum day 35- breakfast

I started this morning with yellow corn grits, an egg white omelet with slivers of peppercorn Gouda, dried apricots and prunes.

Beverage: mocha via made with 1 cup skim milk.

Weigh in: 273 Today I finally broke past the 274 barrier! This means I have now lost a total of 39lbs- 19 lbs since Spectrum day 1. I am one pound away from my first mini-goal of a weight loss of 40 pounds!

I'm so glad that I got a good amount of MNMs in yesterday. A lot of shoveling, lifting and sweating. There was a whole lot of moving going on. Today is another full day of work and school with little time. I'm not sure how much MNM I can get in today, but tomorrow is wide open in the morning, so I plan to plant and transplant plants into my new berm before I head off to work. I will try to get a little MNM in tonight when I get home, but I'm not sure how energetic I will be at 10pm. I'm with the kids at the school this morning and then it's straight to work. As this semester winds down, I should be able to get some more time for me- at least until summer term begins. Good times...
