Spectrum day 36- Snack

For today's training snack, I brought a Jocalat Lärabar with me. This is an earthy tasting bar that has just a few natural ingredients: dates, walnuts, hazelnuts, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa powder, cashews, coffee. That's it! No added sugar and zero sodium. This is not like eating a candy bar, but knowing that all if the ingredients are healthy and whole, makes this a great snack.
