Spectrum day 30- breakfast

I packed my breakfast for my short workday. I poured myself some rolled oats and grabbed a dried fruit package that I got inside a Christmas gift. It is a great mix of different kinds a fruit that is cut into small enough pieces that they hydrate nicely with skim milk. I never like when dried fruit is hard to chew in cereal. These are a great tasting, flavorful addition to my morning oatmeal. I used half of the package and saved the rest for later. I sliced up a ripe banana for extra, natural sweetness and pumpkin pie spice sprinkled on for extra flavor and natural sweetness. 

Beverage- cafe con leche made with espresso, skim milk and xylitol. 

What's inside- rolled oats, skim milk, banana, dried fruit consisting of dried cranberries, raisins, dried blueberries, dried cherries, dried apricots and coconut.

Weigh in: 274- I have been hovering around this weight for about a week now. To push  myself to a new level, I am planning to incorporate some movement into my daily routine starting today. Hopefully that will show on the scale. Either way, it will be another good, healthy step on the road to good health!
