Spectrum day 30- midmorning snack

This LÄRABAR is great! The only ingredients are dates, almonds and unsweetened cherries. Maybe they don't look so good, but knowing the goodness inside makes all the difference in the world when it comes to these kind of snacks. Perfectly portioned, low sodium and protein-rich, these little bars make for a great snack to tide me over to the next meal.
