Spectrum day 43- dinner

After the trip to Busch Gardens, we stopped at Village Inn for dinner. I ordered the Farmers breakfast. It was potato pancakes, artichoke, mushrooms, onions and spinach with eggs and cheese and a wedge of cantaloupe on the side. It had a tomato basil hollandaise sauce all over the top. I dashed a fair share of tabasco, and I was good to go. I forgot to say egg whites, but if that's the worst thing I do, thank isn't so bad. It was awesome!

Beverage: half sweet/half unsweet tea with a lemon wedge.
