Spectrum day 41- dinner
Stuffed poblano peppers with toasted pine nuts, fat-free cream cheese, mozzarella and Gouda. Brussels sprouts tossed with minced fresh garlic, paprika, ground black pepper, ground mustard and OVOO. Both the peppers and the brussells spent some time on the grill. They came out great!
