My friend and I went to dinner at a Greek restaurant called The Acropolis tonight. They have a lot of vegetarian options. I was in the mood for something warm- no salad tonight! I got a Vegetarian Mousaka. It was made from potatoes, eggplant, zucchini and baked with a creamy bechemel sauce, topped with a fresh tomato sauce and Feta. It was as interesting as it was good. It was huge, but I couldn't eat all of the bechemel sauce stuff. It really wasn't a sauce. It was more like a custard type thing on top. I moved off the entire layer and scraped off the sauce and feta, put it on the veggies and potatoes and finished it that way. It was really tasty!
Beverage: unsweetened tea
