Spectrum day 17- breakfast
3 tablespoons cream of wheat made with 3/4 cup skim milk, a small slice of 7 grain toast with ICBINB spray, blueberry fruit spread, and a cup of cafe con leche made with skim milk with 3 tsp of xylitol makes a great breakfast. Weigh in: 277- I left 279, passed up 278 and made it down to 277! That makes 35 pounds since July and 15 since I started this new way of eating. Yay!
