Spectrum Day 17- a late dinner
Steamed cabbage with BLA spray, grilled tempeh marinated with Mrs. Dash spicy teriyaki, and a grilled three- cheese sandwich (Gouda, goat cheese, muenster, caramelized onions, and fresh mango). The bread is a thinly sliced seven-grain. The size of each slice is about the size of a playing card, small but perfect for a tiny sandwich packed with flavor. 3 small portions with a ton of satisfying flavor. When I eat healthy, there is no need for large portions. Being mindful of my food choices and being present, enjoying and savoring each bite, gives me a feeling of contentment and satiation. A wonderful dinner and excellent leftovers!
