Spectrum day 18- breakfast
Asparagus, carmelized onions, sauteed mangos, egg whites topped with mozzarella cooked on the stove then transferred in to the broiler until the cheese reaches a golden brown. Whole wheat seven grain toast sprayed with ICBINB and naturally sweetened blueberry fruit spread, "Hell on the Red"salsa and freshly peeled mango. Cafe con leche- espresso, one cup of skim milk, 3 tsp xylitol. It was an excellent, fresh and healthy breakfast for a beautiful Saturday morning breakfast outside in the garden. The addition of music creates a wonderful ambiance for a lovely morning of mindful eating. Weigh in: 277 I was very pleased with maintaining yesterday's weight even after a late dinner.
