Spectrum day 20- breakfast

Last night, I used my crockpot to make this morning's breakfast. I put in steel cut oats, water & skim milk to lovingly cook all night on low, providing me with a creamy bowl of steel cut oats for a (way too early) Monday morning. Chopped apples, cinnamon and a little stevia make a great breakfast.

Beverage: mocha via made with 1 cup skim milk

Weigh in: 280- I dare say that there are several different reasons I was half expecting to see some kind of increase this morning.

1. I ate lunch out yesterday= high f/c/s
2. I ate commercially prepared "healthy pizza" = high f/s
3. I ate a grocery store cupcake and grocery store ice cream- albeit a normal serving, but again= high f/c/s.
4. The last reason has nothing to do with eating or food. I will just leave to to your imagination....

So, not to be dismayed, I start a new healthy week full of possibilities and healthy choices. Happy Monday!
