Spectrum day 20- lunch prep continued

Next, I will shave some thin slices gouda cheese from the block and then add them to my egg whites once they are set. I will fold the eggs over the cheese to make a warm place for the cheese to get all melty. Then I will slide my creation onto the toast to make a delectable egg sandwich.
